Environmental Remediation

Environmental Remediation/cleanup reports (i.e., Phase III) are completed for confirmed contaminated sites. Phase III's primary purpose is to design and implement the most cost-effective remedial process in order to ensure official closure with respective regulatory agency (i.e, State Water Resources Control Board, city/county departments of environmental health, etc.). Similar to that of Phase II ESAs, Phase IIIs are site specific and consist of many steps and processes, such as that listed below but not limited to:

  • Site Characterization

  • Advancement of in-situ groundwater & soil vapor extraction wells

  • Monitoring reports (quarterly or semi-annually)

  • Subsurface (soil, soil vapor, groundwater) sampling & chemical analysis onsite and offsite

  • Remedial/Corrective Action Plan

  • Closure report
